Printing Guidelines

This guide can be shared directly with vendors who are under NDA & MSA/CSA with Amazon. If vendors need access to Bynder, please reach out to the Amazon Stores Employer Brand & Marketing, AMER team.

Note: These templates are for Amazon Stores TA. If you are not in the WWAS TA org, please use the Employer Brand or your team’s templates and the content approval process for your org/team. Do not send this PowerPoint template to anyone outside of Amazon.

Fonts

Be sure to download and install the full Amazon Font Collection. Otherwise the templates will not work correctly.

Please also reference the Amazon Logo Collection with vendors.

Downloading & Customizing Templates

Download any templates you want to use for your event.

Note: Unless you have the licensed software, you will not be able to open and view Adobe Illustrator (.ai), InDesign (.indd/.idml/.indt) or EPS (.eps) files.

Use and reference PowerPoint (.ppt) and PDF (.pdf), and image (.png) files. If you are a working with a vendor, they should be able to edit Adobe files and will require them or EPS files for printed materials.

PowerPoint (.ppt) files are editable by everyone at Amazon. For any PowerPoint templates, follow the template instructions to customize and export.
